Share Links
The agent may generate time-limited share links that allow recipients to view booking information or contracts without logging in. These links:
- Expire automatically after 24 hours
- Are read-only — recipients cannot modify any data
- Log the time and count of accesses for the agent's reference
- Are not indexed by search engines and are not publicly listed anywhere
How Information Is Used
Information stored in DownBeat is used solely to support the booking agent's professional activities. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Storage
All data is stored on a private web hosting server. The agent is responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information they enter. Individuals who believe their information has been entered incorrectly or without their knowledge should contact the booking agent directly.
